1969 Pro-Touring Camaro – Sold
Nicknamed the Carbon Fiber Camaro, this is an excellent example of what a pro-touring 1969 Camaro should be all about. It was originally built by Miranda out of Florida, the same company that built the 67 Nova that made the great 8 last year at the Detroit Autorama and also was a finalist in the Barrett Jackson cup. This car was later cloned by them with the second rendition coined the Carbon Copy Camaro. This car has only 7k miles on it since the build was finished. The body and paint are laser straight. The fit and finish is incredible. The car features a built LS2 with close to 500hp and a 6 speed Tremec transmission. The LS2 also has a Billet Specialties tru trac serpentine setup. It has Ride Tech front suspension with a Hotchkis front sway bar. The rear has a Ride Tech 4 link with a 9 inch Moser rear end. Qa1 adjustable coil over front and rear shocks. The car has a flawless mini tub and fits 20x12 Boyd Coddington wheels with 315 tires. The fronts are 18x9. The Camaro has Baer brakes with 4 piston fronts. The car also has a Vintage Air setup. Other upgrades include carbon fiber Ultra Lite gauges, aluminum radiator, 3 inch exhaust and headers, custom center console wrapped in leather and rebuilt factory seats with hounds tooth. The Camaro also has DSE electric motor RS headlights. The battery has been relocated to the trunk. This is your chance to own one awesome pro touring Camaro. There was no expense spared on this build.
