Classic Car Fusion is excited to offer this extremely rare and already collectible 2013 Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca edition in an elegant and subtle black with reflective matte silver hood and side stripes.
The Laguna Seca edition of the Boss 302 is a track oriented limited production run from 2012 and 2013. With only 750 cars built during 2013, and having subtler color accents, this final production year makes this car all that much more desirable, especially with only 4000 miles on the odometer.
While the Boss 302 engine is enhanced with an upgraded intake system, forged rotating assembly, CNC ported heads, revised camshafts and a high flow "runners in the box" intake taken from the 302R racecar, the Laguna Seca edition is further upgraded with Recaro sport seats, a Torsen 3.73:1 limited-slip rear differential, Tremec 6-Speed with a short throw shift kit, revised suspension tuning with unique spring and damper rates, and a larger rear stabilizer. The Laguna Seca edition also loses it's rear seats, which are replaced by a Ford racing cross-car X-brace to increase structural rigidity by approximately 10%.
This perfectly factory tuned race car for the streets was delivered with 19x9-inch front and 19x10 inch rear light-weight alloy wheels with R-compound ultra high-performance tires. The current owner however upgraded the tires to massively sticky 335/30-19 rear and 285/35-19 Michellin Pilot Super Sport Plus tires. Ford Racing front brake ducts help cool the 14-inch 6-piston BAER vented and drilled brakes.
This is an incredible opportunity to own the ultimate rendition of Ford's outgoing S197 chassis, tuned from the factory to it's most potent track ready iteration with almost a decade of suspension and drivetrain development.
